We are at the COSPAS SARSAT approved testing lab . In the past, all ELT’s had to undergo environmental testing for Transport Canada and the FAA. Once this testing was completed, the certifications were issued and the manufacturers were permitted to build and sell product. For the latest 406 Mhz ELT’s, all manufacturers must have the additional testing requirements of COSPAS SARSAT. All of the Environmental testing for Transport Canada and the FAA were completed last year and we are waiting for the test results from COSPAS SARSAT. We are planning that all of the testing should be completed shortly.

Friday November 26, 2010 - TC and FAA ennvironmental testing is complete
We are excited to announce that the DO-160 environmental testing is completed. We are currently in testing with the COSPAS SARSAT lab and are expecting the tests to be completed before Christmas. All of our schedules are working towards an early Spring 2011 release of the new SkyHunter 406 ELT. We have also changed our product line up which you may have noticed with only having the AF or Automatic Fixed models available. Both the AF and the HF (Helicopter Version) will both have the GPS function built in and also have the Mobile GPS antenna included as well. This will allow ALL Automatic Fixed ELT's the ability to be removed and become Mobile . These Mobile ELT's will act like a PLB in functionality. As the testing process moves forward , we will annouce the progress at the key points.

Thursday June 4, 2009 - Transport Canada Delays 406 MHz ELT requirements
The Honorable John Baird, has decided TCCA should pursue further consultation with the industry on the 406 MHz ELT regulation. TCCA will be forming a new technical committee to review the proposed regulation and alternative technologies to the 406 MHz ELT, and it expects to convene the first meeting of this committee in July The delay in implementing the new regulation means 406 MHz ELT carriage is not mandatory at this time. However, approved 406 MHz ELTs with 121.5 MHz capability may be installed to comply with the existing regulations for carriage of a 121.5 MHz ELT.

| Setting up a booth to launch our new product, SkyHunter 406, at this year’s AEA International Convention and Trade Show in Washington, D.C. was an outstanding experience. We were one of 144 exhibitors that were scattered throughout the 72 000 square foot exhibit hall at the Gaylord National Resort on the Potomac River. This year proved to be an international gathering of industry professionals, according to Paula Derks, president of the AEA, with nearly 1800 avionics and aviation industry professional from more than 15 countries attending the Aircraft Electronics Association's four-day event from April 23-26. With FAA Approval pending for fall of 2008 there was a warm reception to our new SkyHunter 406 offering features such as Internal GPS and a SkyKeyy Programmer.
